Not only that, I ask for a... read more I go to visit family in Augsburg almost every year and I never miss getting some handmade chocolates from Cafe Euringer to take home. Not only that, I ask for a care package of those whenever somebody in my family asks me what I want...them to send me for x-mas! All of the chocolates are amazing and their Florentiner (a type of soft almond brittle dipped in chocolate) is the most heavenly version of this treat I have tasted. I live in Northern California where you can get pretty much everything from all over the world, but none of the fancy chocolate shops in San Francisco, that make the most incredible looking chocolates, manage to produce anything that tastes as good as the modest looking pieces from Cafe Euringer, believe it or not. Most Americans have never eaten really good chocolates, so they don 't know the difference and are easily deceived by the looks of the product. If you have grown up with Herschey 's and See 's Candies, you wouldn 't know what you 're missing... But for anybody who 's been spoiled in that regard, you won 't be disappointed at Euringer 's Cafe!

Choose your pastry, find a seat in the dining area, order excellent coffee or tea, and enjoy the old world ambiance. I can't say enough about this,...try it!
