Absolutely brilliant eating! beautiful, picturesque ambiente and brilliant service with a smile. their 3 choices were excellent value for money. with extras. do not pass without trying.

We arrived without reservation to close the restaurant, but the owner took pity with us and gave us anyway. what a warm, contemplative, welcoming folk that made a cave that the owner made when he invited us was that we have what was available. a solid meal. an amazing meal, beginning with leaving blanc and avocado, followed by brazed, raw duck foie gras on apples (unbelievably delicious). next was due confit with kartoffeln gratin and a plant gratin and finishing with kirsch clafoutis. an aperitif, a sweet white wine with the foie grass, red wine and armagnac with coffee were all included in the price of the meal of 30 euro per person. I loved that the cook (which serves us most meals) all choices about eating and weeping and took us on this gers adventure. to hell with the North American obsession with customer control and choice. I highly recommend this place. bon appetit.
