Friendly's - Auburn

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The men's bathroom was not in good condition and needed a thorough cleaning. However, I must give this place 5 stars because the food we had, as a family of 6, was delicious and the service was exceptional. Our waitress, Gina, was fantastic - friendly, efficient, and attentive, despite the busy Thursday night crowd. I hope the owner reads this review and gives her a well-deserved raise.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Manager Matt helped my group of ten find two tables close together. Our servers Ellie and Jess had a friendly competition between our tables to see who could provide better service. Both servers were fantastic, but Team Ellie was our favorite! Matt made sure to check in on us and was very attentive. We were happy to leave a generous tip. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

I was in Auburn, MA today and feeling hungry. Siri suggested some nearby restaurants, and I chose one based on a friend's recommendation. It was busy during lunchtime, but we were quickly seated and given menus. Our server, Matt, was friendly and efficient, taking our order without writing it down. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. Overall, Matt's exceptional customer service turned a routine lunch into a pleasant break during a busy day. I highly recommend this restaurant for their great service and tasty food.
