Little Caesars Pizza - Auburn

I wish I could give ZERO stars, the people who work here have no personality and no customer service at all. Put a smile on the face and make the customers welcome. Do not give them a stance and roll their eyes on them. So disrespectful. Drive 30 minutes to get a pizza for my son to tell me that they are so secure and have not put it in the oven, but when the app said a certain time when I put the order away from me! And some customers had the same problem. Just a terrible experience and then she wanted me to insert my code instead of handing it over to me? I don't know the code because I got in for my husband and forgot. She gave it to me. Only poor customer service!

Called Store 3 times and no answer, I come to the store and inside to wait my food with a 15 minutes that actually longer than they said. I see employees ignore several phone calls waiting over my 20 minutes that would have avoided IF they had answered the phone.

Thanks Little Caesars for your $7.00 dollar hot n ready paprika pizza. See you next week after work.

Little Caesars Pizza is good. Especially for $5 if you can grab and go. The breadsticks are even better because they are fresher. Unfortunately, I got a pizza I sat there too long. I came home and there was definitely no pizza for which I would never have given money if I knew it tasted like that. I think they should always replace the pizza if they sit more than 20 minutes, maybe even 30. Otherwise you will have a rough tasting pizza FYI

Multiple times I have experienced my pizza made incorrectly. I am allergic to cheese and specify this on my order details. I have had multiple pizzas with cheese despite this and wait for it to be remade. Mistakes happen so I understand, but today I did not have time to wait for another. I requested a refund and was told there was nothing they could do so I had to wait for a new one which was quickly made and sub par. I called the Caesers help line to explain this and request a single pizza refund but after 30 minutes on hold I gave up on it. Due to poor customer service, this will be my last pie at Caesers.
