Gippers is definitely the best sports bar and grill in Los Angeles! They offer a wide selection of beers on tap, plenty of flat-screen TVs, an excellent waitstaff, a delicious menu, and a fast kitchen. What more could you ask for? Good sports bar that is kid friendly. The fish was well cooked with the in house cut fries
We ordered the fish and chips, substituting a baked potato, which was good. However, the fish was chewy, and the batter was a bit soggy. The other dish we tried was a Reuben sandwich, which turned out to be thin and bland. It's disappointing because it used to be top-notch.
This sports bar is a fantastic spot to grab a bite to eat. I haven't visited in a while because of my work schedule, but every time I return, I find myself wondering why I waited so long. The food is incredibly delicious and fresh, and the service I experienced tonight was excellent. The chicken tenders were outstanding—crispy, not greasy, and served piping hot. They were some of the best tenders I've ever had. I'm definitely going back!
Such fun people! Food was yummy and portions were generous.
The food sucks. It's been going downhill for awhile now but recently it's just been awful. Service from wait staff if great. They desperately need cooks! Eric.is.a.rockstar but he can't work 7 days a week.
