I ordered an Americano and was served a delicious, steaming hot cup of superb coffee.

For lunch, I ordered two oatmeal servings and didn’t request water in them, but when I mentioned that I didn’t want water, she responded that it was their stand... read more For lunch, I ordered two oatmeal servings and didn’t request water in them, but when I mentioned that I didn’t want water, she responded that it was their standard method instead of offering me oatmeal without water. I asked again for the oatmeal without water, and she only provided one of them that way. I ended up buying the last one that had water in it. When I took a bite, I found that the oatmeal was lukewarm. It was clear that it had been served that way rather than becoming cold after sitting out, as I took my first bite within five minutes of purchasing it. This prompted me to write a review. The barista seemed distracted because she had a friend with her, and she didn’t seem focused on her work, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning as my first choice for coffee on breaks. It’s really too bad because when the barista serves me warm iced coffee and cold oatmeal, that’s just too much to overlook. I’ve attached photos showing the chunks of powder she didn’t bother to stir properly. I visited on March 7th at 1:15 pm, but I don’t know the name of the barista who served me. I went back this morning at 7:30 am and had a great experience with a different barista, though!

The baristas are incredibly friendly, the coffee is fantastic (make sure to try the Secret Garden!), and they’re always quick with service. I highly recommend it—10/10!
