Contribute FeedbackDespite some positive aspects such as friendly waitstaff and free food provided by the manager, this restaurant received multiple negative reviews regarding service issues. Customers experienced long wait times to be seated, food arriving cold, and automated checkout systems not functioning properly. Additionally, the hostess was described as rude and forgetful when handling reservations, causing frustration among guests. It seems the restaurant may need to address staffing and operational issues to improve the overall dining experience for patrons.
This location claimed to not have their system working and couldn't honor our reservation. The host was rude. Stuck at a crowded table next to a family that had several disabled members and needed more room. I felt bad we cramped them. Our waitress was nice and tried but we waited 20+ for our check after she cleared our dishes. The automated cashier on our table didn't have a battery so was useless. We were almost given someone else's food despite already have eaten. It was a mess. We were one of maybe 15 tables. It was not that busy. Now I know why.
Food took 60 minutes to arrive after ordering for a party of 6. Not sure if our waitress was having a bad day or distracted but, our food arrived cold! We didn't want the food at all so the manager took care of our tab for the drinks and apps and discarded our entree orders. However it doesn't excuse the fact that time was lost.
Like all Red Robin stores, this one is just as good. Food lives up to YUM!
Hostesses definitely need training on Open Table. I checked in for our reservation at the hostess station. 25 minutes later we had not been seated. I finally went up and asked what the problem was and she said she forgot we were there. She said she would seat us shortly. Then she continued to seat other people without reservations who had only been there for about 5 minutes. She seated 3 more groups and so I asked for a manager. The manager was very sorry, seated us quickly, and paid for our meals. He made it right but the hostess was acting like we were ridiculous and gave our 10 year old daughter dirty looks when she went by. Horrible employee who should not work with the public. Only positives were the waitress was nice and our food was free!
