I'm a regular diner and I try a new restaurant almost every week to discover what's out there. This place offers great prices, generous portions, and incredible flavor! I had an omelet with onions, paprika, cheese, and bacon that melted in my mouth. Usually, I add ketchup, but it would have been an insult to the eggs. Would not recommend!! Maybe the waitress was having an off day… I ordered coffee and twice my cup was nasty dirty, my order was wrong. Waitress gave wicked attitude when I mentioned that I was not satisfied and argued with me. The manager was great, I explained the situation and said I would pay for the other two orders on my slip but wasn’t paying for my order. She comped the whole order. View all feedback.
Always great food is the staff really great overall a wonderful culinary experience.
It was my first time there. Tasty food and very reasonable prices. Noticed it was an all women crew working so I mentioned it to the waitress and then the owner/cook came over to meet me and express her thanks. Everyone was so friendly! I would absolutely return!
Hadn't visited The Coffee Mug for some time until as of recent since I'm back working in the area, and been back multiple times. Everytime you walk in you have a warm welcome from the owner Effie. Everything from breakfast to lunch is made with love and tasty. I have to yet try the Turkey Dinner Special on Thuradays but will be sure to post when I do!
A homey place where the air is filled with the smell of yummy food. This classic style diner serves breakfast and lunch. The food is good, each dish is freshly prepared, and the service is prompt. This visit we enjoyed the fabulous Blackstone Classic Eggs Benedict Scrumptious! The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. For good food served with a smile at a reasonable rate, you can't beat it.
I come here quite frequently by myself to enjoy some solitude and homey breakfast. There’s just something about this place that’s so cozy. The owner is this wonderful cheerful woman with a loud voice and beautiful smile and the servers are always very friendly. My eggs are always cooked perfectly and my coffee is always full. Also I get my food very fast! Lol Big fan of the coffee mug
