The food is amazing I always order to go but me and my son decided to come inside today.We walked to our table it wasn't busy at all.No one came to offer drinks... read more The food is amazing I always order to go but me and my son decided to come inside today.We walked to our table it wasn't busy at all.No one came to offer drinks or water until I asked someone.She came we asked for waters, they were brought had to ask for straws .Finally our food came put and halfway through eating the waitress came and asked even my son needed a to go box ....told her we were still working on it.I was waiting for my son to finish off his food looked up and saw another waitress looking at us and quickly turned away .Our waitress then came back again and asked if we were ready I finally asked her if we needed to leave?She said no I just ddn't want you guys to need me.Deduce it or reason it however but we definitely did not feel wanted here and nooooo I don't play the race card I have been ordering for here for the past 2years.

If you get a chance I would highly recommend coming here, getting the breakfast burrito served anyway you want and the fried red potatoes. Spectacular.

If it... read more I usually love Upper Park Cafe and visit most weekends, but today was the worst experience I've had there. The service was poor and our orders were wrong. If it’s busy, I wouldn’t recommend going. When it’s less crowded, the food and service are typically great. One of the highlights is the patio, but today, when we tried to sit outside with our dog, we were told no servers were available to attend the patio. No problem—we placed a to-go order and sat outside anyway. However, the two tables right next to us were being served consistently, with servers coming out 8-10 times and standing just a few feet away while we were ignored. I understand they were busy, so I tried to be patient. But when we got home, my $12.99 bowl was missing the protein (chorizo), leaving me with just potatoes, beans, cheese, and eggs, which was disappointing. My fiancé’s meal was also missing the biscuit and wasn’t good overall. Today was a very letdown.

Every staff member was fantastic, and the food was excellent! The Pecan Coffee was absolutely incredible—truly the best I've ever had. Thank you!
