Un accueil irréprochable. Le patron/serveur était agréable et serviable. Par contre, il y a presque une centaine de plat sur la carte, tout confondu....un peu long pour se décider et aussi cela prouve que c'est du surgelé. En effet, les plats étaient bons mais pas du frais....dommage. Les prix sont un peu élevés aussi vu les quantités. Mais bon, un peu d'exotisme dans l'Ardèche ça ne fait pas de mal.... An excellent address for quality dishes, a very pleasant and discreet service, in a very pleasant setting. Subtility of flavors, freshness of ingredients, dinner at Nuits de Saigon is always an exceptional experience. Almond chicken, beef and nems at home were delicious
