This restaurant has the most incredible jasmine tea that you can find anywhere! I absolutely adore it and the warm, friendly atmosphere. I make it a point to visit at least 1-3 times a week. Their donuts are also outstanding, with no lingering aftertaste like other shops in the city. Don't bother going anywhere else for donuts or boba, this place is the best in the city.
