Papa Johns Pizza - Atwater

Absolutely Terrible Service Slow as he'll of Delivery didn't bring the order to the right address ?

You would think they would hire at least one more person to work a Sat night. There was one single person making pizzas. There's no reason I should wait in the parking lot for 20 mins after I placed an order 30 mins prior to that.

It's disgusting how they make pizza. I watched as a delivery driver came in after a delivery and started tossing dough over her arms hair and all. It's the same way all of the employees make pizza. The workers didnt have my food ready and told me it was already picked up. They told me it was going to be a wait since somebody stole my order. I asked why did you give my order to someone else and they said the person gave my same name. What!? Now Im confused how did they know my name and order? Inside job! After I called them out, I seen one of the workers smile and put their head down in shame. I told them just cancel the order. After that and seeing unclean habits I'm done.

I love their pizza ! I think their first deals are amazing and not to mention the pizza is always tasty. I’ve never had an issue. Every time I order carry out or delivery my order is accurate. Not to mention one time I ordered carry out but couldn’t get out the car as I had my child asleep in the car. I called them when I arrived and asked if they could bring my order out. They did and I was so thankful!
