Conveniently located within two minutes to walk from my car dealer, the prospektor served a great land breakfast while our car was on the elevator. the building is about 1870 and shows it old, in a wonderful historical way. the architecture is quintessential 19. century with hints at their origin as bank. we strongly recommend the beef hatch and eggs casserole, toast and coffee. well prepared, tasty and plentiful on the dish. great staff, many natives who chat about the tables and after a long winter of isolation. it is a cozy culinary experience! we want to go back as we walk on the land.
