I dined at this restaurant some time ago for breakfast and was instructed to park in the mobile app spot because my biscuit was still being prepared. The wait itself wasn't the issue; rather, it was the fact that I was promised someone would bring my food to me, but after 45 minutes, I was left forgotten. The parking lot was nearly empty, indicating a slow morning. When I returned to the window, an employee asked if I needed assistance and then admitted he had been too busy chatting and had completely overlooked my order. I have no plans to return to this restaurant.
My chicken burger was mediocre, but the fries were exceptional and perfectly salted. The self-serve drink machine lacked a few secondary flavor options. The atmosphere was well-designed and inviting, and the restrooms were clean.
I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's location. The manager was quite rude, and the food was consistently lukewarm and seemed stale. I find it frustrating that I'm not receiving quality food, especially considering the price. I sincerely hope they can work on improving their staff.
They were out of potatoes and cookies, saying the oven has been broken for over a month. They forgot to include straws, and when I tried to go inside to get some, the door was locked. I considered using the drive-thru again, but the line was extremely long. The experience was already unpleasant the first time. The staff were friendly enough, but the lack of straws and napkins was frustrating.
