Be very specific what u order as this business has taken opportunity twice to upsale by default for my mother. First time she orders from the lady fish and chip... read more Be very specific what u order as this business has taken opportunity twice to upsale by default for my mother. First time she orders from the lady fish and chips , gets the most expensive fish by default.... Second time rings up and specifically asked the male not to have the most expensive fish, discussed briefly the different options, was happy to have hake . Walks in to pick up her order to find she 's been charged for the largest size fish . I rang up to speak to the business on mums behalf as it 's her second time being ripped off in a cost of living crisis, the male just talked at me yelling down the phone, not stopping to listen when I asked him multiple times! When given opportunity to discuss our upset, the phone was completely quiet, no response. I think this bad review is well deserved. Not nice to treat the public like this by default.
