During my last visit, I ordered The Big B... read more I enjoy Jack's, but I'm not a fan of this particular location. I've been here twice and have been let down both times. During my last visit, I ordered The Big Breakfast Sandwich with bacon and asked for extra bacon. When I opened the wrapper, I found scrambled eggs all over the paper, and it became clear that they had made the sandwich with scrambled eggs instead of the bacon I'd ordered. Instead of bacon, there was just a single piece of old, dried-out sausage patty. I also ordered a large iced coffee, but the cup was filled to the brim with ice and contained only six ounces of coffee. I even measured it to confirm. Moreover, the cashier was not friendly at all. I suggest being cautious when visiting this location and double-checking your order before leaving.
