However, after driving ten miles down the road, I found there was no receipt. The woman at the drive-thru had an issue with customers and was quite rude; she clearly lacks basic business etiquette. The restaurant itself was dirty and could benefit from a health department inspection. There was no acknowledgment or appreciation for my business at all. The staff could use training in customer service and people skills.

We placed three different orders, but the experience was disappointing. The customer service was terrible, and the restrooms were dirty, with only one stall having toilet paper. The staff seemed to have bad attitudes. Out of our two orders, the biscuit was hard, and there was something tough in the other sandwich. When we tried to place our third order, no one wanted to take it. The cook mentioned that he had just made two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and wouldn't be making any more. The employees all seemed reluctant to prepare more biscuits. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and decided to go next door to Sonic instead. If the staff doesn't want to work, they should find someone who does. It's no surprise that many locations are closing if this is the kind of service your company offers.
