This was my first time here at Youyu and at first I was skeptical considering the reviews. First off, I do highly recommend to make reservations. It?s always busy and just getting a seating (especially during busy times) through a walk in is almost impossible. I was surprised however with the kind waiters and amazing food. Yes, prices are a bit high considering it?s Chinese food but it is inside the hard rock hotel.... View all feedback.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and we were really pleased with our meal. The Sichuan Pork Vegetable Dumplings and Cantonese Crispy Shrimp Spring Rolls were a small order but packed with flavor. The Cantonese Lo Mein with pork was generous in portion and delicious. I did add a bit of soy sauce to my dish, which enhanced the flavor. Our waiter was very attentive throughout our visit. I noticed some reviews mentioned that the dishes are served as they're ready rather than all at once, but this didn't bother us at all. We definitely plan to return!
However, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the friendly waitstaff and the exceptional food. While the prices are a bit on the higher side for Chinese cuisine, it is located within the Hard Rock Hotel, which explains the cost. I strongly encourage you to try the Shanghai buns and the beef chow fun. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and the portion sizes were quite generous. The buns were juicy and filled with a delicious mixture, while the chow fun was not overly greasy, and the beef was tender. Overall, my experience at Youyu was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
The beef chow fun was the standout dish of our meal! The food was definitely five stars; however, the service was a bit slow, so I rated the overall experience four stars. The lo mein, fried rice, dumplings, spring rolls, and buns were all fresh and perfect for sharing. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
Nice restaurant inside the Hard Rock Casino. The food was good and service decent. Some servers still seemed to be learning, but management was very attentive to fill in any gaps. Ordered soup dumplings, roasted duck noodle soup, beef chow fun, pad thai, and beef noodle soup. All were delicious depending on you preference. Some things were a little pricey, like the drinks, especially since every drink was canned. Would of been great if they had a full bar.
Convenient and quaint noodle bar located very close to the casino floor. Great spot to stop quickly for a bite to eat or something to drink. They have numerous options and have not had a bad experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the Bubble Tea and noodles. Very limited allergy friendly options but knowledgeable staff to assist with your selections to include Gluten Free selections.
