Beef yakitori was tough and not filet mignon as stated on menu. Told waiter so and he did nothing about it. The whole snapper fish was old and tough. It was obviously not cooked to order. It was pre-fried, refried when ordered and then sauce poured over it. You couldn’t pull pieces off the fish with chopsticks or fork. This was a birthday celebration so waiter brought over 2 moochis with a candle; then charged us $3 a piece for the moochi. When I questioned him, he said the birthday dessert comes with only 1 moochie (but he charged us for 2). When he saw I wasn’t pleased with his answer, he said he would readjust the bill. When the adjusted bill came, he removed $3 (1 moochi) ugh! I wanted to deduct $10 from the $70 tip we left him but my friends were kinder than I and said to let it go. The sushi and sashimi were great.

Host and server were excellent. we had the sushi and it was fresh and delicious. good rice to fish ratio. the ambiente is fun, as in a common street in tokio.
