This restaurant is dog-friendly, inexpensive, and serves incredibly delicious pancakes. They have the best thin pancakes you can find anywhere!

I visit this restaurant often during the summer. The stunning view, combined with the friendly staff and delectable food, makes it a must-visit spot!

Absolutely worth the wait! The staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Atlantic City!

Everytime I visit this restaurant I enjoy the food and hospitality. I receive smiles and great vibes. On 4/20/23 I was there having breakfast with my mother/co-worker, School Crossing Guard,(while I was working,at 8:00 am) I saved the life of a four year old little girl on Route 30- Connecticut Ave and Melrose Ave. She left porch steps and walked across the street. Cars of people were saying, There 's a baby in the street! My mother instincts,I ran with a sore back,knees and legs to get her out of the street. The mother /grandmother of the child sees me everyday. Never said, Thank you . The waitress heard my story. She thanked me for saving a young life. Minutes later,the waitress and owner said, Breakfast is on us . I was shocked. I 'm used to paying my bills. I said, Thank you with tears. While this was happening,our Mayor,Mr Marty Small was sitting behind me having breakfast (business) with a friend. He didn 't have any knowledge of what happened. I would like to thank(Gilchrist Restaurant for acknowledging me and showing me love. I 'm proud to be the person to take action (On The Job) at that time of morning. To the world and beyond, Gilchrist cooks great food! I should know, I 'm a cook. I cook for myself, family and community. Queen JammyLou
