Very exciting. There were many customers before me they were so rude, the employees took a very good care of the customer, they made the drinks many time for perfection. I usually go in the evening. Your service is really good then. 100% proposed. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I came in to use the bathroom and get a coffee, came out not doing both because the bathroom is out of service because they don 't have the key then ordered a coffee and they couldn 't make it and it tasted like chocolate. Then proceeded to ask for a refund and they kept me waiting for 15min to get a refund. They called thier boss which was no help at all and then this customer came in to order and he wanted to give... The cashier didn't know how to ring up a promotional price that was advertised on a sticker on the register itself and claimed that the deal must not be valid. Then the Wi-Fi connected but had no actual internet.
Hash browns taste old. The associate move like snails. When crowded line no one helps.
Worst Dunking Donuts ever! Lady with green wrap kept insisted we buy something else, she irritated me enough were if it wasn't for Thanksgiving, and everything closed all 15 of us would've left. So sad they are bringing the name to this franchise down! Dunkins, better look into your places... This place is horrible!! Thanks to the young lady that took over the register !
We work across the street. We have gone to this place 3 to 4 times a week with group orders. For the past year and a 1/2, The coffee orders orders are overly sweet, or the coffee tastes old. Yesterday all of our coffee tasted like flavored cream. We didn't even have to taste it to realize this because of the color. The taste was just as bad. I am giving up on this Dunkin donuts.
Worst DD EVER!! If you order ahead expect 30 minutes to pass without getting your drink or you arrive then told the expresso machine is out of order. Then to be given a terrible tasting coffee that cost $2 compared to the $5 machiotto that was ordered. No refunds no I'm sorry. I stopped going here completely. Young girls in the afternoon are behind on orders yet on thier cell phones texting. Rude and nasty to customers when you ask why your order is taking over 20 minutes. No thanks. Wawa coffee is better anyway
