Absolutely horrible! We had reservations at 7:30 PM. We ordered our drinks and calamari which were served pretty much on time. However we only ordered hamburgers and a chicken sandwich at 9 PM we still have not received our food. We had the manager come over and he said heâs going to work on this he came back out and said that the food should be out shortly. We told him never mind and walked out of the restaurant.... We had an excellent experience at the restaurant – outstanding service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely return for dinner on our next trip to the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. – Lisa and Ken
The staff was outstanding, the food was delicious, and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning!
Bob, our waiter, and Wei, his assistant, were outstanding. Our dinner was served at the perfect pace, just as we requested. The food was delightful; I highly recommend the French Onion Soup and Cape May Chowder. My husband’s Strip Steak was cooked to perfection, and my Seafood Pasta was excellent. We would definitely return!
The manager remember me from 4 months ago. Remembered our conversation and what I ordered. That's fantastic customer service. The waitstaff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was exactly as I expected it to be. Delicious.
