Reservation process was easy. Immediately seated. Service was amazing. John was very attentive to our needs. Food portions were plentiful. One steak was more than enough for two people. Outstanding service all around... definitely will be back!! View all feedback.

Didn 't get to eat there. The person (who I assume was the GM) couldn 't find our reservation and said we would have to wait 15 minutes to be seated which we did not have time for b/c we were seeing a show. He shrugged his shoulders and said, Okay. It 's clear they don 't really care about their customers. With the high volume, I guess they don 't have to. No thanks. Will not try to eat there again. Giovanna the manager is very polite, the staff is great our waitress, Marisa was very attentive, the barmaid made some wonderful drinks!!!
Had a few issues with the food. They seem to like to make things spicy hot. They put hot peppers into the drawn butter for the lobster tail. Once before, they had put black pepper all over the lobster tail. You have to make sure you tell them not to put salt or pepper on things even this this happened.
They overcharged my credit card. They don’t call back to straighten it out. I had to file a complaint wit American Express. Don’t go there. Totally incompetent.
Ordered filet medium well received completely burnt. of course returned and ordered replacement which came (after my wife had completed her dinner) very well done and dry.
Asked if it was a birthdaywhen reservation was made but it was never mentioned
