This location is very convenient but appears to be poorly managed due to the extremely long wait times and lack of professionalism with the location staff.
Zaxby's is indeed my go-to spot to fill me up OR cheer me up when I've had a rough day.
The food is good and that's why they got two starsThe service is awful.
