She, where from the kitchen and when I made it home, I realized that they didn't even put in Zax sauce for my offers. What a mess is that: never again!

He was v... read more I just recently visited and was not happy with one of my food options. I called as soon as I encountered a problem. This manager named Andre picked up. He was very pleasant and listened to my problem while he directed his staff. His first question was, ?how far are you and how can I fix it?? You don?t really ever get such an upbeat response to an issue in fast food and just talking to him made my problem go away. I didn?t really need all that bread but it was his eagerness and kindness that fixed the situation. Thanks Andre!

She went above and beyond to make sure that my sandwich substitution was handled correctly. She repeatedly checked on it while I was in line to ensure the change was made, and even followed up with me afterward to see if everything was okay. Thank you for your extra care!

I just came fro... read more This location is definitely one of my favorites. The staff here must have previously worked at Chick-fil-A because their service is outstanding. I just came from Sephora at Lenox and was trying to figure out why some people apply for customer service positions yet aren't truly focused on the customer. However, the front end of this restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations.
