I got uncooked wings yesterday. I only ate two wings. They were awful! No favors. Not enough seasoning. Under cooked. I tossed the wings in the trash. I immediately became ill. I had an upset stomach and diarrhea. Today I have a upset stomach and diarrheastill. I called the restaurant to inform them. I asked to speak to a manager. Ordered The Medium from the menu board, with fries (as opposed to veggie sticks). The guy mumbled the total which sounded like ten-something. Got back to the car with only fries. Returned to the store but the guy wasn 't there any longer. The three inthe kitchen selectively didn 't see me standing at the counter while they were chatting. I turned to knock on the glass door andfinally a cook came forward but unfortunately we didn 't know each other 's language. So today I eat fries.
I asked for wet lemon pepper all flats extra wet. As you can see it?s very dry, not all flat. Jennifer the shift lead was very rude considering my order was wrong because of not being properly entered and yet I get the attitude when Joshua didn?t key theorder correctly. This added additional time for them to recook which made me late for work. When I spoke with General ManagerGonzales or whomever he is, he tells me about all the issues McDonald?s, Burger King, Taco Bell were having with quality workerswhich did not have anything to do with Wingstop. I understand food cost and customer service which the customers keep the doorsopen. To be charged to make my wings all flat after the initial order which they had to remake and caused me to be late for workis absurd. The General Manager showed no internet into making it right. He spoke Spanish specifically to Jennifer about my orderthen being nonchalant about everything and still forgot my ranch dressing while telling me it?s in the bag. I will adviseeveryone not to visit this location. There is a better one close to Hammond that you will LoVE. I will be reversing the chargesand not paying for bad service and food not being provided as to what I paid for. These people don?t understand they are hurtingtheir own business being rude, unprofessional, and blaming it on COVID when all your staff are playing in the kitchen area. If Icould give them a negative 100,000 , I would .
I ordered a late lunch pickup and it was ready in under 10 minutes. Food was hot and perfectly done. Can't wait to go back!

I went to this Wingstop for dinner last night and was very pleased with my experience. I ordered their new sandwich combo (which was amazing by the way) with lemon pepper seasoning. I received my order in no time. However, while I was waiting for my food,another customer came in complaining about how long their order was taking. I own a restaurant myself, so I like to recognizeoutstanding customer service when I see it. The cashier, Jennifer I think her name was, did a fantastic job handling thesituation. She kept her cool, listened to the customer, found the root of the problem, and offered a solution. All whilecoordinating with the kitchen and keeping a positive attitude. I would love to have an employee like Jennifer at my ownrestaurant; seems hard to come by workers like this nowadays. Overall, my food and my service were excellent. The staff, bothcashier and cooks, did a great job. Thank you all!
