Booked for the igloo experience and the restaurant was heavy understaffed. All of the available staff were very pleasant, they needed additional help. Food was solid overall, mussels were excellent, holiday drinks were very good.
When we arrived for our reservations, they were out of nearly everything to make cocktails and there only had one bartender and somebody they pulled in from the back to serve the whole restaurant. Service took a long time, we couldn't order cocktails, and the food was overcooked and of poor quality for the price.
