I received an email stating that I would receive a text whe... read more I placed an online pickup order and paid in advance. My order was confirmed and my card was charged. I received an email stating that I would receive a text when my food was ready for pickup, but after an hour passed, I still had not received a message. I attempted to call the restaurant, but no one answered. Since I live close by, I decided to go to the restaurant an hour after placing my order, only to find that it was closed. Despite their advertised hours of operation, no one was there and my calls continued to go unanswered. I was unable to leave a message as their voicemail was full. I ended up losing $13.07 in this unfortunate situation. How can I go about getting a refund?
