I have visited this restaurant several times and overall, I've had a good experience. The service is fast and professional. I often order the big chili, as well as the Dave Burger with fries. During my last visit, I took advantage of a special where you could buy a sandwich for just a dollar. However, the fries could have been fresher. The lady on the speaker was quite rude. I placed my order, and she mistakenly noted me down for two instead of one, even though I clearly said just one. When I tried to correct her, she had an attitude about it. I'm not sure what her issue was, but it’s not fair to take it out on someone else just because she couldn't understand what I was saying through that old speaker. View all feedback.

On October 9, 2022, at 10:30 PM, I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The woman at the window, who was a Black employee, had an attitude over the intercom and claimed she didn’t have one. When I got to the window, she seemed impatient and asked vague questions like, “Which one do you want?” It's as if she didn’t even understand the order I was trying to place, and she still managed to get it wrong. I ordered a $5 biggie bag, which shouldn’t be that complicated since half the order is pretty straightforward. Where does that happen? It's quite unbelievable. She might want to consider a different job.
The dining room was closed when I arrived. Although the door was unlocked, an employee greeted me at the entrance and explained that they only had two staff members available. I decided to use the drive-through instead, where I noticed at least four or five employees working inside the restaurant. While placing my order, I made sure to repeat my requests several times to the associate taking my order. However, when my daughter opened her sandwich, it was not prepared according to our specifications. I understand that it can be challenging to find employees in the fast food industry, but in my opinion, it would be better to keep the restaurant completely closed rather than provide such substandard service. I doubt this experience would meet the standards set by the founder, Dave Thomas.
Went through drive through. The whole time i was nice and said thank you and on my third thank you, she looked at me with this look saying i refuse to talk to you and gave me a thumbs up. Was nice when i was ordering but like something changed when shesaw me. I never write bad reviews but her behavior was hateful. And no one was there so they weren't over worked
Horrible service. I get they?re short staffed but that doesn?t mean the employees get to act rude. They tried to refuse to make my order, and can?t seem to comprehend what you want. The older African American lady at the window doesn?t deserve to work inthe customer service industry if she can?t even treat people nicely
