Wendy's - Atlanta

The wait for the food on the trip felt like it lasted forever, especially after 9 PM. It seemed like the staff was moving slowly and acting a bit out of it. However, the girl at the window was really friendly, which made the experience more bearable.

The chili was excellent, and the customer service from the manager was good. However, the young cashier seemed inexperienced; he didn't greet me and just asked what I wanted. When I requested lemonade, he handed me strawberry lemonade without clarifying my preference. Overall, it was a decent experience. - Mary Sims

Must try the new southwest salad, it comes with grilled chicken,Romaine lettuce guacamole, tomato bacon bits and shrunk pfeffer jack cheese. the dress is so good. I went through the drive through service was fast and friendly. I also ordered an extra grilled chicken breast. that's worth it.

The person who took my order on Tuesday lunch was very rude inside the Wendy’s not at the drive through) He didn’t greet any customer and when I told him my name instead of telling me it was hard to write it down or if I can spell it, he just told me « No way I wrote that I put Co on the order ». I am here on vacation, english is not my first language and he was not making any effort. that was the first time I Was not well received in a fast food. But All the other people working there were very nice. I understand sometime with the rush it could be difficult to have a smile on their face but it was not on a rush time we were literally 2 people in the line! I hope next time you will put nicer people in front of customers!

Poor service, floors looks disgusting, table dirty and not very friendly person. don't recommend this location.
