Weeyums Philly Style - Atlanta

We ordered online and were informed that our food would be ready in an hour. Since I live in Buckhead and the restaurant is in Stone Mountain, we decided to leave after waiting 25 minutes, anticipating their usual 15-minute delay. Unfortunately, this was the last time I will be ordering from them. It took over 2 hours for our food to arrive. Other customers came and went, yet their orders weren't ready either. There were no offers of complimentary drinks or any compensation—just a string of excuses and a meal that I no longer even wanted. I tried to cancel my order, but couldn't do so. I won't be returning; the sandwiches may be good, but they're definitely not worth a 3-hour wait. Food: 4, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I'm really disappointed. I haven't visited this place in months since I moved, but I decided to make the 35-minute trip back. I placed my order at 5:30 for pickup at 7:00, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. I finally got my order at 7:26. When I got home, I was shocked to find that there was no seasoning at all. I ordered extra cheese, but it was completely missing. I'm honestly heartbroken because I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I ended up having to fix up a sandwich that cost me $20. So frustrating!

The food did not meet my expectations at all, and the service left a lot to be desired. As for the atmosphere, it was generally uninviting. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my visit.

The Philly cheesesteak was delicious. The food arrived quickly and my order was spot on. I can't comment on the atmosphere since I opted for delivery.
