Tin Lizzy's Midtown - Atlanta

Everyone was pleased with the service and the food. It was great fun, we can there for a celebration for one of our employees. He is in the Army Reserves and is going away to South Korea, he had no idea we were going to surprise him and he likes Tin Lizzy's so this was a good way to send him off.

Food was okay but our server was incredibly slow and uncaring about anything. We got no refills the entire hour we were there. My food was incorrect and I never got a salad that I ordered. I do not recommend eating here unless the staff gets retrained or replaced.

Tin Lizzies is a staple in Atlanta, and the midtown location like the other locations, has its own character. Amazing service, but the TVs were really loud in the area in the back near the restrooms. Having been there before, the high stool seating along with the outdoor seating is best for a quieter experience.

Brought my family here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. I was so embarrassed by the service and quality that I felt like I had to apologize multiple times. Embarrassing! I had a reservation- but was rudely told that my reservation wasn't in the system (I was even told they're system had no reservations at all which makes me think their machine is just broken) and we were told to hang out in the bar area (which had only dirty food covered tables to sit at). Sat there for minutes, we saw other parties come in and get immediately sat so we went up to the host stand to ask about our table- and the host had completely forgotten us. Waited another minutes in the dirty bar again and were finally sat. Then we were told my a server that the restaurant had run out of chips and several of their menu items were not available. We ordered our food anyways since we had already sunk min in this place and then waited almost an hour for our food to come out. Orders were wrong and had to be remade (more waiting). They did comp us for one of the meals. But it was the worst service and worst food I've ever had at this restaurant. Finally we were leaving and I asked for parking validation. Bar tender yelled across the room that they don't validate parking (which I know they do). Had to ask for a manager and once the manager go there he immediately reached into the stand and handed me the validation. Never coming back here again. What a mortifying experience for my birthday.

Awful experience. We had a reservation and it wasn’t ready. Took an hour to get drink and minutes for some salsa. Never going back
