It was tasty but like all prime rib the... read more We had a great visit to The Establishment. Our appetizers and mixed drink was very good. Our dinner was good. Prime rib. It was tasty but like all prime rib the meat is pretty fatty. The wait staff was excellent especially Marissa and Shane. Some young white bartender with short hair was kind of rude when we asked about our reservation. We'd been sitting at the bar for an hour eating and drinking. He basically said he didn’t have a clue about our reservation and that we needed to go back to the hostess stand and ask. Then Marissa, also a bartender, said she would take care of us and seated us. This rude guy needs to bus tables or work in the back, where he doesn’t interact with customers. We will definitely be back to try another meal.

Only some of the food on the menu is worth reordering, the garlic fries and the fried brussels were delicious. We ordered the grilled wedge salad, which does not come with dressing and the warmness of the salad made the lettuce taste bitter, I'd not waste your money on this salad. We also ordered the risotto which needed about 30 more minutes before it was done, the risotto was not cooked fully came out hard (the rice), and was not creamy. the EST burger was good. I'd skip the stuffed peppers and the deviled eggs. If you are looking for a fun environment to have a drink this is definitely your place!
