The drive thru service was THE WORST! I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER 3 TIMES! The person at the drive thru window had the nerve to get mad because I wanted my correct order. After spending $25, you right I want my order correct. Will Not Be Going Back to the one on Old National Highway. View all feedback.
We stopped here for lunch just now. We were going to go through the drive thru, but I needed to use the restroom so we parked and I went in while my husband was adjusting the seat and preparing to take over driving. Upon entering and going toward therestroom, an employee barks out, loudly enough for everyone in the dining room to hear, ?You can?t use the restroom until youbuy something.? First of all, super rude way to speak to someone. Second, really inconsiderate policy that I?ve neverexperienced at any other restaurant, whether close to the interstate or not.
After waiting 10 minutes to place my order I was informed they can only accept cash!!! So I had to wait another 10 minutes for everyone else to get their order before I could be on my way.
Pay attention to customers and not who tripping is who
They were very sweet staff and they mixed the orders, but quickly fixed it with a smile
They have an automated greeting at the drive thru that lets you think someone is there. Sad
