After this experience, I decided to head to the Subway on 2566 Shallowford Road instead, where I received exceptional service with a smile! I didn’t catch the name of the server, but he was outstanding. From now on, this will be my go-to Subway location when I'm in the area! View all feedback.

These employees have the worst attitudes. I called to see what times they open to the public to come in and order and the guy answered the phone with the worst attitude. That's probably why no one wants to work and they are short staffed. That sign hasbeen up for almost a month. Really disappointing and unprofessional...I surely won't be returning
One star because zero is not an option. Rude, rude staff sandwich maker. Sign on door that they are short handed and are only accepting online orders. Door is locked and only opened to those that have placed online orders and are there to pick up. That'sfine, no problem, I get it. But the rude, unprofessional sandwich maker that opened the door, I don't get. I'm not the only onewho complained about this guy either. I left and went to the Subway at 2566 Shallowford Road for exceptional service with asmile! Do not have the server's name, but he was exceptional and I will now make this my Subway shop when at the office in thearea!
