The restaurant was extremely clean, and the owner was on-site. They accepted my expiring coupon, and I noticed the owner step out briefly only to return and enhance the dining area. View all feedback.

I waited in line for about 15 to 20 minutes at the restaurant. While waiting, a customer who arrived after me proceeded to pack a bag of chips and drinks and cut in front of me in line. The employee allowed them to skip ahead of me. When I finally got to the counter to pay for my order, I tried to use a voucher that I had used several times before at this restaurant. They were rude didnt allow me to sit for a few mins and i was very tired i just needed to sit somewhere not only that i saw 2 workers but it seemed like one was on a whole 1 hr break leaving the other to serve the customers and not only that she messed up 2 sandwichs out the 4 bought feel like if she had help that wouldnt of happened
This is probably more of a review for Subway corporate entirely than the location itself. So I purchased a chopped salad for nearly $10 (an increase) for less salad because it?s in a smaller container and it wasn?t chopped meaning less veggies were used to make it. They discontinued the subway vinaigrette leaving no options for vegans to use as dressing besides mustard. Idk if subway is going to be my go to for veggie kicks in a crunch because I wasn?t impressed by my experience.

My car keys were lost. I purchased a meal but was not allowed to sit in. I live on the other side town and we are allowed to eat in the restaurant. Better customer service is warranted. However, the food was fresh and tasty. His sales probably will increaseif attitudes was better.
I order from the new menu where the guy behind the counter said I could not customize the new menu and had to get it the way it says it?s made but yet when he started making the sandwich he ?asks? what do you want on it.?!? So then he was like oh I can?tcustomize but the sandwich requires bacon on it and I didn?t even get bacon smh. Horrible customer service and also I did try toask for pickles and he told me for a tip he would give me some pickles?. Like seriously??? Subway got to do better but betterbelieve I will not be back!!!
