Starbucks Coffee - Atlanta

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. They are all friendly and attentive, making sure to lift your spirits during your visit. One barista, in particular—Christi, I believe—stands out for her humor and charm. She always has a quick wit and adds a delightful touch to the experience. She's truly wonderful!

During my visit, their machine went down, but thankfully, a maintenance guy was on-site, and he helped me fix my moped in the parking lot using his tools. I had some trouble because the potholes along Piedmont Drive broke the screw on my muffler, so I had to improvise and secure it with zip ties. On the bright side, the coffee was excellent, and there were plenty of chargers available for laptops and phones. The place had a steady stream of customers, almost non-stop.

This Starbucks is decent, but after around 25 visits, I've noticed that it's mostly the clientele that affects the experience. Many of the patrons seem a bit rude and self-centered; they don’t hesitate to push past you to get ahead. You can usually feel this vibe, especially when it’s busy. On one occasion, the manager observed how another guest treated me, and even though I wasn’t seeking anything, she kindly gave me a gift card to make up for the unpleasantness caused by those rude individuals.

Visited on November 14th at 3pm. Best customer service I’ve received at a Starbucks in a long time! The two employees were so friendly. Wish I had gotten their names. Keep bringing that ole skool Starbucks warmth! Plus my drink was perfect.

Visited just after a rather large event in the area. We moved through the line very quickly despite the large number of customers. The staff were engaging and cheerful. The drinks were prepared as ordered without any issues. Would definitely go again.
