Two words: REAL FOOD!!! I was extremely pleased with the quality of the dishes and the generous portion sizes. I enjoyed fried fish, turkey baked beans, and broccoli casserole.

The customer service could use some improvement. As a first-time customer, I walked into the store because I usually only order in person. The staff seemed confused and didn’t greet me, so I had to ask a few questions before I left. Given the prices of their food, there are plenty of other Southern food options available, so I decided to go elsewhere.

The fish tasted like I had prepared it myself at home—seasoned to perfection! Plus, the Biscoff cheesecake was a delightful way to finish off the meal. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I ordered on line from Southern Kitchen, for the first time today. The only issue really, after finally locating them was the French fries were so overly saturated in seasoning salt, so much so that I could not eat them, period!! The BBQ Pork Sandwich was yummy, although I was surprised to see that the pork was already sauced , since there was a choice for a sauce. I prefer mine on the side (I imagined it would be plain smoky grilled pulled pork AND slaw, but no slaw was on the sandwich, either as pictured or offered as an add on! Pretty disappointed for the amount I spent for a sandwich and fries, and picked up not delivered. I tipped, as well.I may try again and do some catfish...and request NO Salts!

Overall, the staff were great with engaging and answering questions related to the best selling desserts. Unfortunately, the food was not “nasty” but it lacked flavor. We had greens, cornbread, fish, pulled pork, mac cheese and baked beans.
