We had an RSVP for 10-12 people in which we only needed 9 seats when we arrived. We were sat in the middle of the back wall under the BBQ signs. The server was... read more We had an RSVP for 10-12 people in which we only needed 9 seats when we arrived. We were sat in the middle of the back wall under the BBQ signs. The server was VERY slow and it took over 30 min to get our drinks out to us. Getting a drink refilled was an additional 10 min wait. We were there at 11:30 AM when they opened and our RSVP time) and it wasn't busy, at all. There were 3 other tables sat in the first hour we were there, the place was mostly quiet. When we were at the end of our brunch a very large crowd came in and we were asked, by a different server, to hurry up so they could use the 2 tables to seat the large party. They should have been more prompt in service OR not sat us in an area they knew they needed for that large of a party. It was poorly planned and poorly communicated AND we had a RSVP. There is no reason that the logistics weren't executed correctly to give a great dining experience. When we finally got our checks half of them were incorrect and had the wrong items listed on them. We even told the server who had which items when we asked for our checks. My friends and I frequent this place and the last 3 times we have been here the service has gotten slower and more unfriendly. I wasn't pleased with my visit and I will probably look for another go to when we're downtown. :

Good texture and flavor without need to drench in sauce.
