Excellent place to get a salad or wrap. Plenty of choices of veggies, fruits and proteins, all for a single price. Price varies depending on the size of your sajad or wrap. The only weakness is that they only had one option of low calorie dressing. View all feedback.
What JESSICA doesn't like about Salata:
Always double-check your order before you leave. 3 out of 5 times our group pickup lunch order has been incorrect. Every time, it is the protein that's missing, which is conveniently the most expensive part. It's beyond frustrating. And don’t bother emailing customer service as requested- they’ll just ask you to create a “loyalty” account, so you can spend even more money on incorrect orders! I wish there was one of these where I live! Wide range of ingredients that were all super fresh. The teas were great too!Food: 5/5
Employee gave ME attitude when they didn’t have kale… how do you not have Kale at a salad restaurant on a Thursday at 12:10 in the afternoon. Food is great, service is mediocre.Food: 4/5

Wow!! I loved all the options. I’m so glad I found this place on my way out of town. Perfect for the salad lover. So many options that it makes salads exciting to eat!
As much as I hate to give 3 stars because the salads are great. The customer service at this location not so much.. We order from here a few times a week at my job and although this is not the first time there was missing items ,I decided to call because it was the dressing.. salad minus dressing doesn’t make much sense.A very nice gentleman the Assistant Manager answered the phone his name was Brandon but as he told me to hold on while he spoke to his Manager Renee Hinagin(sp? about the missing dressing she decided to call me “A Liar” which I heard her say so when he returned to the phone I said I would gladly send her a picture of my salad with NO dressing, I think if I was going to lie it would be more beneficial to say I didn’t get the salad!Brandon was very apologetic and even offered to bring me the dressing but I decided to go around the corner to Publix and get some myself. Luckily he was not a product of whom is supervisor is and still had concern for the customer. I will order again from salata as they are closest to our Medical Building but I hope someone in Upper Management has a talk with Renee as she needs to learn what “Customer Service” actually means and how to give it!!
