Not the best evening. Lots of delays, and it all started with getting seated. We got orders in but soups and salads never came out, when soups and salads came out finally a waiter also brought our meals, so salads, soups, steaks and sides all arrived together; our table could barely accommodate 5 people’s worth of food so much was dropped off at once…. What Dawn Hershey doesn't like about Ruth's Chris Steak House - Centennial Park:
Steaks were not a prime quality. Husband had gristle in his steak and had to cut off quite a bit that was inedible. Chopped salad had the most bitter lettuce that I’ve ever eaten. I always order this salad at other Ruth’s and this one had few similarities to the others. Creamed spinach our fav was nothing like it should be. Watery, bland and basically inedible. Last night was our 24th wedding anniversary, so we planned a nice dinner at Ruth's Chris.
We will never visit this restaurant again! The service was extremely poor. 1. We waited for 5 minutes before our server finally approached our table.
Outstanding evening. Nick was an attentive waiter, he saw to our every need. Lovely evening!
We made reservations for an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. Food was great, service was awesome and the ambiance was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. Downside was my vehicle being broke into and ruining the rest of our evening plans. Signs said surveyed by camera - no necessarily true. The buildings are surveyed. Of course, not really the fault of Ruth's Chris but waiting an hour to report it since we live just outside SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure.
This was most of our party's first time at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. It was a wonderful dining experience, especially for a special occasion. The service was excellent, and the food was wonderful.
