Ruscello - Atlanta

I used to love shopping and always looked forward to having a quick dinner before heading home. The rolls and beverages were fantastic before the meal. (Just a heads up—there’s now an extra charge if you want more than one roll.) However, my recent experience made it clear that the restaurant has lowered its quality standards. Get it together, Ruscello! If things don't improve, I probably won't return.

If I could give this restaurant a negative rating, I definitely would. The entire staff is highly unprofessional, and I work in another department at this location. There is rarely anyone at the front when I go to place an order. Today, I was told that my food had been burnt, not once but twice, just 30 minutes before closing. This was communicated to me by the bartender, who indicated that this was an effort to close the restaurant on time. I was really disappointed with the experience, especially since every other guest at the restaurant and the bar received their food promptly and without any issues. As someone who works in the same area, I expect the same level of customer service that any other customer would receive. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I celebrated my birthday with a lunch here, and it was the perfect spot for friends to share and catch up. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. Our waitress gave us plenty of space, which we really appreciated! Thank you for a lovely afternoon!
