Experience was great overall. the second time comes and I'll probably come back. more clearness about the tables would be great. otherwise, good eating and ambiente. instead we chose the bar and it ended up working for our little party to celebrate a birthday.
Great meal with coworkers everything came out at the right temperature with wonderful flavors
Ruby Chow's offers a mixed dining experience with some customers praising the delicious food, attentive service, and pleasant ambiance, while others found complaints in the portion sizes, service quality, and lack of menu variety. Some highlights include the Peking Duck Mantou and the Katsu buns, while others found the noise level and lack of menu updates to be problematic. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential for a great dining experience, but inconsistencies in food and service leave some patrons with mixed feelings.

Highly recommend Ruby Chow's if you're in ATL. Conveniently located by Ponce City Market, this restaurant makes a perfect pit stop if you're walking the beltline or shopping at Ponce or Krog it also has such a fun interior. The small plates and cocktails were delicious and thoughtful.
The experience was really enjoyable. I believe the pricing is very good, as the quality, taste, and portions of the food you receive is worth the money you will pay. The noise in the restaurant is annoying but nothing can truly be done since its such a small dining area, so it becomes manageable.
We previously ordered takeout from here and were not blown away. Recently, however, we had some friends raving about their in-person experience at Ruby Chow’s and decided we needed to come get the full effect. Wow! What a special place that we’ve been missing out on. Food, ambiance, service (shout out to Crystal) were all fabulous! Walnut shrimp, katsu bun, and roti canai were just a few of the highlights. We tried quite a few dishes and they were all tasty. Will be back for sure
We had a reservation for 9:00 but were seated almost an hour earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff made us feel very welcome, and everyone from the hostess to the waitress had a wonderful attitude. The food was outstanding—some of the best I've had in Atlanta, if not the best overall. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic as well. I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it to everyone.

I could be nicer but I’ll keep it simple: I’d rather eat at Panda Express. And I don’t like Panda Express. If you’re ever in a Richmond check out Peter Chang’s.
Alexis was a great pleasant attentive server. Soft Shell BLT, Casio E Pepe, and Pork Belly and Grits were delicious. Chengdu Brussels Sprouts and Salt and Pepper Tofu were flavorful. Panna Cotta was the best.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food had a perfect balance of flavors and was truly amazing. It offered a unique twist on traditional dishes. The service was excellent and all the dishes we tried were outstanding. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, with a great energy throughout the restaurant.
This restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere is well thought out and the food was incredible. They serve Asian tapas-style dishes, allowing you to try a variety of items from the menu. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the area, making it a perfect choice for a nice dinner. The only downside was the margarita, which lacked tequila flavor and a salted rim. However, when I exchanged it for the Empress cocktail, it was delicious. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, although towards the end of the night, our server seemed to become a bit impatient when we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. Despite this minor issue, I had a great overall experience and would definitely return.
I had an excellent dinner at Ruby Chow’s. There are so many delicious options to choose from. I had an array from the menu but some of the highlights were the Peking Duck Mantou, the Sweet Corn Soup, and the Mango Sticky Rice. My server was attentive andkind— the ambience has a chill, upscale atmosphere that makes for a pleasant date night. I cannot recommend this restaurantenough— there are so many other dishes I want to try when I return!! While definitely on the expensive side, it well worth itfor a great experience and delicious meal.
My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at Ruby Chow's. The restaurant has a unique ambiance and a fantastic vibe. Our server, Cassidy, was friendly and attentive, making excellent recommendations and connecting with us personally. I'm pleased to say that everything we tried was delicious, with many creative and well-thought-out dishes. I would love to return with friends to enjoy tapas and cocktails together.
We visited Ruby Chows to celebrate my birthday, and although we didn't have a reservation, we were able to sit at the bar. This turned out to be a great decision, as our bartender was outstanding! He was very attentive, explained the menu items thoroughly, and even crafted some delicious mocktails for us since we don't drink alcohol. The scallops and walnut shrimp were especially enjoyable, though I found the basil chicken a bit bland for my taste, while my husband liked it. For dessert, we treated ourselves to the rich chocolate pot au crème, which was a delightful way to conclude our meal.
