Was OpenTable Diner at Ruby Chow's a mag?
The entrance is marked by a blue door, which was a bit tricky to locate. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The food was not only delicious but also had a unique and rich flavor, beautifully presented. I appreciated the option to sample multiple small plates rather than committing to just one main dish. The seared scallops and wontons were particularly impressive, and the tofu dish was a fantastic vege... View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner dislikes about Ruby Chow's:
We had to pay a $25 deposit, but when there was a sudden lightning, thunder, and rainstorm that caused flooding in Atlanta, we weren’t allowed to cancel our reservation. We were forced to sit outside in the strong winds and heavy rain. Our waitress was quite unpleasant and made it clear several times that we were bothering her by being there. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable because of a server’s attitude. On a posit... View all feedback.

I had an excellent dinner at Ruby Chow’s. There are so many delicious options to choose from. I had an array from the menu but some of the highlights were the Peking Duck Mantou, the Sweet Corn Soup, and the Mango Sticky Rice. My server was attentive andkind— the ambience has a chill, upscale atmosphere that makes for a pleasant date night. I cannot recommend this restaurantenough— there are so many other dishes I want to try when I return!! While definitely on the expensive side, it well worth itfor a great experience and delicious meal.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food had a perfect balance of flavors and was truly amazing. It offered a unique twist on traditional dishes. The service was excellent and all the dishes we tried were outstanding. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, with a great energy throughout the restaurant.
This restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere is well thought out and the food was incredible. They serve Asian tapas-style dishes, allowing you to try a variety of items from the menu. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the area, making it a perfect choice for a nice dinner. The only downside was the margarita, which lacked tequila flavor and a salted rim. However, when I exchanged it for the Empress cocktail, it was delicious. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, although towards the end of the night, our server seemed to become a bit impatient when we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. Despite this minor issue, I had a great overall experience and would definitely return.
My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at Ruby Chow's. The restaurant has a unique ambiance and a fantastic vibe. Our server, Cassidy, was friendly and attentive, making excellent recommendations and connecting with us personally. I'm pleased to say that everything we tried was delicious, with many creative and well-thought-out dishes. I would love to return with friends to enjoy tapas and cocktails together.
We visited Ruby Chows to celebrate my birthday, and although we didn't have a reservation, we were able to sit at the bar. This turned out to be a great decision, as our bartender was outstanding! He was very attentive, explained the menu items thoroughly, and even crafted some delicious mocktails for us since we don't drink alcohol. The scallops and walnut shrimp were especially enjoyable, though I found the basil chicken a bit bland for my taste, while my husband liked it. For dessert, we treated ourselves to the rich chocolate pot au crème, which was a delightful way to conclude our meal.

I could be nicer but I’ll keep it simple: I’d rather eat at Panda Express. And I don’t like Panda Express. If you’re ever in a Richmond check out Peter Chang’s.
Alexis was a great pleasant attentive server. Soft Shell BLT, Casio E Pepe, and Pork Belly and Grits were delicious. Chengdu Brussels Sprouts and Salt and Pepper Tofu were flavorful. Panna Cotta was the best.

I’ve visited a few times for various reasons: date night, drinks w/friends, business, solo dining. Each time, the service has been exceptional. Katsu steam buns are delicious! This place is consistently good!
It’s a great date night spot. Everything we ordered was delicious, and our server was attentive. We ordered: roasted bone marrow, PEPE, pow pow shrimp, duck buns, soft crab blt buns, and a few of the Tokyo drink. Everything was perfect. We will be returning

Great meal with coworkers everything came out at the right temperature with wonderful flavors
The hostess and our blessings were phenomenal! They were so excited about the food, even that it has upset us to eat! Drinks were also good! Love love loves the decor. The only thing is that most of the tables below are directed directly on them and you can feel a great design. Would definitely recommend!
The experience was really pleasant. I believe the prices are very good as the quality, taste and parts of the food you receive is worth the money you will pay. The noise in the restaurant is annoying, but nothing can really be done because its so small dining area, so it becomes manageable.
We had a great experience today, as always. Food, service and atmosphere are always great here and make it one of our best restaurants to visit in Atlanta.
We were seated outside with a heat lamp per our reservation. It was comfortable even on a cold night. The small plate format was fun. We really liked every single thing. HERE IS HOW TO PARK: the lot behind the building has valet only. You pay $3 with validation. Ask server to show you how to validate on phone. She will send text, and guide you through it. The valet was charming and helpful even though he never gave us a ticket. He found our keys.
