As someone who lived in New York City and Hong Kong for a while, I do have a high standard for a restaurant like this. And 4 Seasons/Park 75 did not disappoint me : I just had a drink when I was there. Yes, the water tasted the same and it was more expensive compared to any bars nearby, but its worth it. The setting is upscale hotel and pleasant enough, especially on the balcony, but the attention (or lack of) to service is surprising for a Four Seasons property and the expected price point. Ordering a breakfast with a well-toasted bagel with lox and cream cheese resulted in a barely toasted bagel on a tiny plate with no lox.
