Panera Bread - Atlanta

I have to give a star so I can post it with it. I was with them before an hour and I waited for my order for 30 minutes and I understand that it is about to do the lunchtime. but when I received my food order, smoothie was not ready yet and I was made to wait extra time, just stand there for smoothie. why was it not ready with the order? if I asked for the women on the theke were unapoologetic and rude and asked me in a very controversial, do they want a refund? have some shame, will they also refund my time? I'll get my money too. then she talked about how many commanded her to treat, okay, and I get it, but I waited 30 minutes for my name to come and get my food. make her job and they can not simply offer a refund on an rude way, I also noticed their commentary about me to her colleague. the grilled cheese is not even grilled. they put unroasted broth with hard cheese. are they honest because other people also work hard to pay for this.

They've done a great job renovating this Panera location. It's especially popular with the Emory Village crowd and people heading to work in the mornings, so it's advisable to arrive early if you want to find a parking spot.

The food was very good and served quickly; everything was fresh, and the service was excellent.

I had an overall pleasant experience at the restaurant. The coffee was excellent! However, the breakfast sandwich lacked flavor, so I probably won't order it again. As for the service, it was a bit of a mixed bag. It felt like the most unmotivated staff member was at the front, leaving the hardworking team to pick up the slack. Fortunately, they helped make the rest of my visit enjoyable.

Received the incorrect salad and this half empty cup of Mac n cheese. Pretty disappointing.
