Even though I saw them constantly cooking fresh fries, mine were cold and most of the fries were hard. I expected better. Maybe I got leftover hard fries, because I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onions, so they didn't put any vegetables on the burger except 3 dill pickles. View all feedback.
Despite seeing them preparing fresh fries regularly, my fries were cold and many of them were hard. I expected better quality. Perhaps I received leftover fries, as I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese without onions, and the burger came with just three dill pickles—no other vegetables.
This experience was terrible. I waited in line for over 45 minutes while watching a staff member on her phone, texting, and not paying attention, even though there were passengers trying to catch their flights. I wouldn’t have waited that long if I didn’t need to take my medication. It’s frustrating that as consumers, we have to tolerate this kind of service when there’s so little staff available. -0 rating.
To make matters worse, I noticed employees touching their faces and mouths before handling food, and even using their phones while working. When I politely inquired about our order, the staff member dismissed me as if I were an inconvenience. When we finally received our food, one of the burgers was missing the meat. I returned to request a refund and was shocked to receive only $1.59 back, with no apologies offered. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the cashier simply said they were always busy. If that's the case, they should be better equipped to handle the rush. Having worked in food service for 10 years, I understand how stressful it can be, especially during busy times. However, this was completely unacceptable. If it had been a complicated order, I could see the delay, but that was not the case here.
Yikes! Out of food, slow service, good luck getting your mobile order. Coffee service is negligent.
The employees treat you like they are above and customers are peasants.. That's the only way I can explain the service. A manager told them to stop serving coffee because the guest were leaving trash on the counter...
