Legend Cafe
Description
This local eatery has garnered a plethora of opinions, showcasing a spectrum of culinary experiences. While some patrons appreciate the friendly service and inviting atmosphere, others criticize the inconsistent quality of dishes, noting poorly executed flavors and excessive greasiness. Menu items like wings and lo mein have faced scrutiny for being overly salty or tough, with prices that some deem unjustified. However, highlights include delightful desserts and efficient takeout options. Overall, it serves as a neighborhood hub with supportive staff, but diners might want to temper their expectations on food quality.

I know this is the hood but come on now. Horrible. Absolutely the most horrible trashiest tasting food I've ever had. From the old, dry, hard micro mini wings that tasted like the were cooked and and left out or placed in a fridge days ago and then thrownback into the grease to cook over and over again to the plain crinkle cut fries. To the very acidic kettle in the bottle thatburned my tongue. I gave an extra star because the customer service was decent and the sliced lemon cake was absolutelydelicious
Not great. They added black pepper to the lo main. Not traditional and tasted weird. Then it was too greasy but too dry at the same time. Meat was heavily over salted. Portion size was good and noodle texture was good but for the $16 price point...definitely not worth it. EDIT: Tried again. Can't give another star but won't take one. The wings were pretty good and big but the rice was basically inedible. WAY too much soy sauce in it so it was way too salty... and some of the meat was like shoeleather it was so tough. I picked the shrimp out after two bites and tossed the rest. Their prices are TOO HIGH for subpar food.
Me and my boyfriend got Fresh wings and Phillys for our meal and I can't wait to try some of their other menu items. Staff is friendly as well and the homemade fruit juices are good. They did increase prices recently so I'm gonna post a picture of themenu for anyone who needs it.
I was there last night 11/4/2022 the line moved right along and they gave everybody beacons so when your order is ready it goes off. I liked that little feature they didn't have that the last time I went there to eat. It came in handy as I placed my orderthen went to the food mart next door. While in the food mart my beacon went off letting me know my food was ready. I also noticethey DO NOT put holes in their containers so your food stays hot longer. Good food friendly service, reasonable prices, andclean establishment. Did I mention they're open until 3:30 am be glad when things go back to where they can be open 24 hoursliked they used to be I miss that
The restaurant has excellent customer service with a very friendly staff. They offer parking at the gas station next door and are kid-friendly, allowing you to bring your children in for a meal or to purchase cakes. They also offer takeout service for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.
