Welcome to Le Fat, a modern interpretation of classic Vietnamese dishes! The restaurant design is inspired by Vietnam's French-colonial influences in an effort to capture the beauty and romance of French colonial Southeast Asia from the 1920s. Our menu includes a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as shaking beef, clay pots, rice, vermicelli, rotisserie chicken, noodle soup, and stir-fry dishes, blending the savory flavors of Northern Vietnam with a touch of French Cuisine. We also offer a selection of French pastries, Housemade Ice Creams, and sweets at our Dessert Counter, as well as Vietnamese coffee service available tableside. Additionally, we proudly serve Dancing Goats Organic French roast coffee and Fair Trade Rishi Hot Teas.

Really wanted to love this place. The interior is so pretty and perfect for a date night or group dinner. But, the food really fell flat. The fresh rolls were straight out of the fridge, the dumplings tasted store bought, and the pho lacked flavor. Again, perfect atmosphere just needed the food to be better
The Lemongrass Tofu was incredible- request it if you don't see it on the menu. Perfectly flavored, unforgettable. We enjoyed the cocktails also.
Everything was great! As expected for a busy holiday like Valentine’s, the reservations before us were camping at their tables which put them about 30 min behind but that’s not anyone’s fault besides some inconsiderate customers. Service was good and food was even better. Still thinking about the soft shell crab BLT buns!
My visit was a bit short but I was impressed that quickly. There weren't a ton of options for diet restriction (vegan/veg/pesc/non-dairy) but there are still some solid items on the menu. The drinks were great. I had a the Pandan Nouveau it was splendid. Very smooth, great taste- you'll get a buzz fast bc you'll want to keep sipping. The flavor in the mussels was surprisingly good! I didn't expect that from an appetizer. Will be going back !
