**Restaurant Review: Jamba Juice in Atlanta** Jamba Juice in Atlanta has received mixed reviews, with customers praising the freshness of its smoothies and bowls. While the vibrant flavors and cleanliness of the shop shine through, service issues mar the experience. Many patrons have reported unsatisfactory interactions, ranging from unprofessional management to inattentive staff. Although some employees demonstrate friendliness and efficiency, concerns about slow preparation times and mobile order mishaps persist. Despite these challenges, a sense of loyalty remains among customers, especially for traditional favorites and new menu items. Overall, Jamba Juice offers tantalizing treats, but improvements in service are needed for a smoother experience.

Was Ernest Flores at Jamba a mag?
I stopped by this morning for my usual P&B Protein and was warmly welcomed with a cheerful "good morning" from the wonderful ladies working there. I also discovered a new menu item called "White Gummi." I can't wait to come back and try it! View all feedback.
What Rae Moye dislikes about Jamba:
I had high expectations for the impossible sausage and cheese biscuit, but at $4.19, it was only about 2.5 inches in diameter. I truly regretted spending that much on it.
In general, I think there are better places in the city for healthy food and smoothies. View all feedback.

Five stars always! Affordable açai bowls delicious smoothies! They have always been my favorite
I understand that it's not Jamba's fault, but I was disappointed that the açai bowls were unavailable (hopefully just for now) due to supply chain issues. The kind and helpful manager recommended the peachy green goodness bowl, which was quite enjoyable. While I'm usually hooked on the açai bowl, this one is a good alternative for the time being. I'll make sure to add more honey and granola next time. I really love this place—the fruit is always fresh and sweet!
The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the register was too busy texting on his phone to acknowledge me or greet me when I approached. He didn't say a word and just stared at me after finishing his messages. I had to repeat my order twice because he seemed so preoccupied with his phone. It’s clear that better training for employees is needed.
