The owners also own The Consulat... read more Honey Bubble is a mainstay in our lives and the reason is simple, a great menu of unique drinks and excellent customer service. The owners also own The Consulate which is an outstanding local restaurant so they have the customer service values in their bones. I have too many favorites but it is a local favorite for kids and adults alike. Despite Covid they still offer the best bubble teas and slushes on Ponce. We keep coming back for more. Updated menu and still fabulous!

While I understand it may be an Asian-owned establishment, she seems to have a bias against Black women. When my cousin and I entered, we were just stared at and never acknowledged. However, when a white family walked in behind us, she cheerfully greeted them with a high-pitched “Hi, how are you?” I don’t think it was just a coincidence.

I rarely come across places that offer both options, so I was thrilled to discover the variety at Honey Bubble. The store was clean and well-kept, the staff was friendly, and I absolutely loved the Georgia peach black tea. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Ponce area and in the mood for bubble tea!
